Vitra Wire DRK-2 chair, made by Charles & Ray Eames in 1951, featured a shell of the DKR-2 that resembles the shape of the Eames Plastic Side Chair and is made of curved steel wire and welded with a black powder-coated finish. The chair is accompanied by an original two-piece cushion for the seat and backrest, known as the "Bikini" pad for its shape.
